Please read and scroll through the following policies before completing your booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To keep bay availability fair for all members, the following cancellation policy applies: Standard Reservations Reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid penalty. Prime-Time Reservations Friday, Saturday, and Sunday reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations Reservations canceled after the applicable cancellation deadline will be treated as used. Any included membership hours or prime-time hours associated with the reservation will be deducted from the member's account. No-Shows Members who do not arrive for their reservation and do not cancel will forfeit the reserved hours. Repeated no-shows may also result in a $15 no-show fee or temporary restrictions on advance booking privileges. Grace Period Members should arrive on time for their reservation. Scratch Golf Social may release a bay if a member has not arrived within 15 minutes of the reservation start time and has not contacted us. The original reservation time will still count toward the member's booked hours. Early Departure Unused time resulting from arriving late or ending a reservation early will not be refunded or credited back to the member.

Membership Policy

12-month commitment. To cancel, we require 30 days’ notice to cancel. For ordinary cancellation there will be an early termination fee equal to 2 months of membership dues. Cancellation allowed without this fee for death, permanent disability, relocation more than 25 miles away, or extended facility closure.

Reservation Policy

SCRATCH GOLF SOCIAL Membership Disclosure, Assumption of Risk & Release By purchasing or using a Scratch Golf Social membership and/or participating in activities at the facility, I acknowledge and agree to the following: ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand that golf simulators and other recreational activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to being struck by a golf club or golf ball, slips, trips, falls, equipment malfunction, accidental contact with other participants, and injuries caused by myself or others. I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume the risks associated with using the Scratch Golf Social facility and equipment. SAFE USE OF GOLF SIMULATORS I agree to use the golf simulators, golf clubs, balls, putting areas, darts, shuffleboard, and all other equipment in a safe and responsible manner. I will not swing a golf club unless the hitting and surrounding areas are clear. Only one person may swing a golf club within the designated hitting area at a time. Horseplay, reckless swinging, throwing clubs, intentionally hitting balls outside designated areas, or other unsafe conduct is prohibited. RELEASE OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, I release and hold harmless Scratch Golf LLC, doing business as Scratch Golf Social, together with its owners, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, and affiliates, from claims arising from the ordinary and inherent risks associated with my voluntary participation in activities at the facility. This waiver does not waive any rights or claims that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. PROPERTY & EQUIPMENT DAMAGE I agree to use Scratch Golf Social property and equipment properly. I understand that I may be financially responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for damage caused by my intentional, reckless, negligent, or improper use of the facility or equipment. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that any guests I bring into Scratch Golf Social comply with all facility rules. Guests may be required to complete their own waiver before participating in golf or other recreational activities. Membership accounts, access credentials, door codes, and booking privileges may not be transferred or shared with unauthorized individuals. ALCOHOL / BYOB Where permitted by law and Scratch Golf Social policy, members and guests may bring alcoholic beverages into the facility. I understand that: Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Alcohol may not be provided to anyone under the legal drinking age. Anyone who appears visibly intoxicated may be prohibited from golfing or participating in other activities. Scratch Golf Social may require an individual to stop participating or leave the facility if their behavior creates a safety concern. Members and guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation after consuming alcohol. SECURITY & VIDEO SURVEILLANCE I understand that Scratch Golf Social may use video surveillance in common areas, entrances, simulator areas, and other appropriate areas for safety, security, loss prevention, and facility management. Cameras will not be located inside bathrooms or other areas where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. PERSONAL PROPERTY I understand that Scratch Golf Social is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property, including golf clubs, golf bags, phones, wallets, clothing, electronics, or other belongings. FACILITY RULES I agree to follow all posted facility rules and reasonable instructions from Scratch Golf Social staff or management. Scratch Golf Social reserves the right to suspend or terminate facility access for conduct including, but not limited to: Unsafe behavior Repeated violations of facility rules Unauthorized access Sharing access credentials Harassment or threatening behavior Intentional or reckless property damage Nonpayment Conduct that substantially interferes with the safety or enjoyment of other members or guests MEMBERSHIP TERM I understand that Scratch Golf Social memberships are subject to the membership terms selected at enrollment, including any applicable 12-month commitment. Membership pricing, included simulator hours, additional-hour charges, guest privileges, booking restrictions, cancellation requirements, and other membership benefits are governed by the applicable membership agreement and policies. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES In the event of an emergency, I authorize Scratch Golf Social personnel to contact emergency medical services when reasonably necessary. I understand that I am responsible for my own medical expenses resulting from participation or injury. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By signing electronically, checking the acknowledgment box, or signing below, I confirm that: I have read and understand this Membership Disclosure, Assumption of Risk & Release. I understand that participation in golf simulator and recreational activities involves risk of injury. I voluntarily assume those risks. I agree to follow all Scratch Golf Social safety and facility rules. I understand that I may be responsible for damage caused by improper or reckless use of the facility. I agree to the terms of this waiver voluntarily.
